How budget are you wanting to go?

Budget enough that I can buy it in the future if I want. I don't play in tournaments but Meren is my favorite card, I've always wanted to buy the cards for her deck. Since I play with my friends we mostly use proxies and my original meren is full of super expensive cards. That's why I'm updating it.

The only expensive cards I want to keep are sheoldred and the phyrexian tower. I own a lot of cards already, I added them to my collection but idk if you guys can see it. I tried to comment on the owned cards to make it easier for you to see but I apparently can't do it all at once by selecting every owned card.

the average commander pre-con runs about $40 dollars. Would a $60 dollar budget be reasonable for you to have as a re-buy price? Also if you wanna do budget I'd recommend dropping any card that costs $5 dollars or more first, then rebuilding it in reverse. That's a easy way to do price-worth playing as an assessment when comparing cards side by side for a deck build.
