Brainstorm is not Modern legal
Merfolk Secretkeeper is an all-star in these decks. It is basically the same as Wall of Lost Thoughts (2 mana, 0/4, mill 4), but Drowned Secrets make it mill for 8 instead of 6.

a blue deck without counters is less blue. also, this needs protection, a Red Aggro Generic Modern deck would beat out this, doesn't matter how much drowned secrets you have in play, no quantity will be able to outrun most of the modern decks without any protections, For Aggro try a pack of Void Snare or Vapor Snag. for Control deck, counters like Force of negation.

Now, a Advice from moi, is that you try to use blue spells with clash that when you win, returns to hand so you get more Drowned secrets triggers. For example, Research of the deep and Whirlpool whelm.
