Thats the first superfriends Deck I build.

For budget i think you did pretty good. There are a few cheap throw in's you should grab tho. Sol Ring, Command Tower, Deepglow Skate, Inexorable Tide, Karn's Bastion, Merciless Eviction, Exotic orchard, Tamiyo, Field Researcher, Oath of Nissa, & Chromatic Lantern. And replace the vivid lands with these lands. Good Luck!
