Boompile
Goblin Lyre
Sorcerer's Strongbox
Crooked Scales

Thanks for the suggestions, but I'm trying to avoid cards that have random outcomes. I'm more looking for cards where players have control over what they choose. Not least of all because there is a Okuan/Zndrsplt coin flip deck in my playgroup already and I kind of want this to be the antithesis of that deck.

Cool cards though, thanks for the suggestions.

Atemsis, all-seeing is a mini-game for you only
murmurs from beyond
fatal lore
library of lat-nam
deliver unto evil
karn, scion of urza
jace, architect of thought
leshrac's sigil - do you wanna cast a spell and risk it or..?
tetzimoc, primal death - it's comiiiiiiinngggg....
sword-point diplomacy
liliana, dread-horde general - if you can ult her :D
intuition
fatespinner
manifold insights
sphinx ambassador
conundrum sphinx
storage matrix
order of succession
choice of damnations
psychic battle
teferi's realm
juxtapose
oath of ghouls
shrouded lore
noxious vapors

assist-cards:
game plan
out of bounds
huddle up
gang up

Thanks a lot! There's some great suggestions in there. Some of which I've already included.

I've just realised the deck list at the start of this thread is an old iteration, so I'll add an updated one here.

Lot of good stuff in here though. Some of it will definitely make it in.

Thanks again

Looking through the deck, there are definitely some cards I do not like. They are very low impact, and not cards I would be happy to play in a game against multiple people.

These seem just kinda of bad. Low P/T, no board impact, to high of cmc for drawing 1 card
Muse Drake
Phyrexian Rager
Skyscanner
Tome Raider
Blade Juggler

I would replace with some cards with more utility or options. These kind of give you a little mini game to play just from your hand. Some are better than other, and $$ amounts vary, but none are too extreme.

Archmage's Charm
Dimir Charm
Insidious Will
Lim-Dûl's Vault
Mystic Confluence
Predict
Silumgar's Command
Soul Manipulation
Supreme Will
Wretched Confluence

I see your point, and I'd totally agree if I was trying to make this deck good, but that's not really what I want for this deck.

These little cantrip creatures do a job, provide me with blockers and draw me cards, all of which gets me closer to playing my games. Having these draw effects on creatures also plays nicely into my blink/reanimate sub-theme.

I know this deck isn't good, but I have a lot of fun playing it. All I really want from it is these mini games over and over. Winning is not a concern for me with this deck. I've got plenty of other options if I want that kind of game.

I appreciate you taking the time to come up with ways to make it better, but optimisation and counter magic just aren't where I want to take it. Thanks for your suggestions though.

For those blinkable creatures for card draw I'm gonna suggest a couple more / upgrades:
Notion thief
consecrated sphinx (kind of a mini game, wanna draw - ok, i'll draw 2!)
harvester of souls - you gonna kill creatures? cool
padeem, consul of innovation - minigame + draw
sire of stagnation - you sure you wanna play a land?
kami of the crescent moon - ...and you get a card!
indulgent tormentor - mini game: do i get a card?
riverwise augur - better than the draw 1 -dudes
gadwick, the wizened - modular card draw + tapping to keep you alive

fate unraveler - if you want to ping a bit

Yea I know what you mean, seems perfect for this deck.

I actually had it on my original draft for this deck but I haven't been able to get my hands on one yet. It's in my list I keep of things I want though and I'll include once I get one for sure.

Thanks for the suggestion dude.

You might be interested in Vexing Arcanix — I only see one source of scrying in the deck, but it's still a good match for the flavor.

You're absolutely right, and this is another card that's on my list to include once I get around to buying one. It's super sweet, especially in this deck.

I should probably add my list of future includes to the description really...

This one slipped me by, and I actually already own one. Great shout, will definitely make room for it.

Thanks to both of you for your suggestions.
