Updated the deck so it actually has some win conditions, rather than just herp-durdling and stopping other people from playing stuff. I should probably take out the xathrid necromancer, but I kinda like the human/zombie theme.

Let me know if there are any obvious upgrades I'm missing...

The decks seems fine. There are a couple strange choices like Lazotep Reaver, and the land base could be cleaned up a little, but other then that this deck should perform well.

What are the win-conditions?

Yeah I was planning to replace lazotep reaver with phyrexian delver.

Win conditions are anything that go infinite with ashnods altar and nim deathmantle for infinite etb and ltb triggers. Geralf's messenger, cathodion, lazotep reaver, phyrexian delver (once it's in) will do that. Gravecrawler and pitiless plunderer go infinite together and just need something like blood artist around with a sac outlet. I can also get a fair bit of Mana with this deck so a big exsanguinate or finale of devastation can end games too.
