Noyan Dar"s Roiling Good Time

This may be my most fussed with deck.  I loved Dar's awaken ability at first read and have been working on this deck ever since.  I feel like this version has too many board wipes and counter spells but I am not sure what other directions to take things.  What would be some good adjustments?
