It's not really a fair combo, but you should consider Sanguine Bond to go with your Exquisite Blood.

Hi! I actually have that card but I felt like I don't have enough ways to tutor it up for the infinite combo, and apart from Exquisite Blood there is not that many ways to gain life in the deck, unfortunately. But thank you for the suggestion!
