UG Dramatic Scepter is already a pretty common archetype. This guy provides the mana for the combo, and is an outlet, all in a convinient 2 mana package.

Haha MustaKotka, yeah they made him a little broken. I think he will probably push g/u ramp to T1 in Pioneer easily. T1 dork, him on T2, tap the dork for 2 mana, play more dorks. Have 7+ mana on T3 ez pz. In addition, he's an outlet for all that mana. Not a good one, mind you, but an option.

I often run a tri land in a 3-color Commander deck.  These are strictly superior to the Tarkir block tri lands.  They have types, so they are fetchable.  And they cycle.
