You have Wall of Tanglecord, Sandsteppe Mastodon, & Shambleshark twice.

Two of the best hydras are missing...Kalonian Hydra & Primordial Hydra

What type of budget are we working with?

One of the first things I'd look at would be improving the mana base from all basics unless there's a specific reason you have it that way.

i just go to conventions and other places like it so nothing to expensive for the budget. I also share cards with other decks so I don't like to use shared mana lands but if there are fetch land suggestions.

I would look at some dual type lands that aren't that expensive ($6 of less) like Temple of Mystery or Hinterland Harbor (which with that many basics likely wouldn't come in tapped) if you don't mind lands that come into play tapped.
