Hmm.. since this is the older one, I'll comment here.

A new reprint-only product always sounds good, since it has the potential to drop some prices, especially for staples. There are (at least for me) way to much cards, that really need one (or more) reprints in order to get the prices down.
Especially cards that are used in eternal formats + commander like Stoneforge Mystic really deserve a reprint in order to make good decks cheaper.

But, we will have to wait for more information (cards within the product + booster/display price) before we can evaluate the true value of the product.

/edit: if someone wants to see some spoilers, take a look here:

So we have Double Masters for reprints and Commander Legends (which will contain at least some reprints) anddd Wizards is promising us fetchlands later this year? This sounds to good to be true. Anybody worried about all this going wrong? I am. Hope they don't screw up Commander somehow.

Now, to quell one rumor before it begins, there are no fetch land reprints in this set. We know we told you there was another printing of fetch lands coming this year, and we promise there is, but Double Masters is not that reprint.

Probably gonna be Commander Legends for fetch lands.

There's supposed to be a theme of double in this set, so I'm betting we'll see at least a few of these cards.

Body Double
Desolation Twin
Dictate of the Twin Gods
Doubling Cube
Dualcaster Mage
Evil Twin
Splinter Twin
Stunt Double
Twincast
& cards with conspire.

I may eat a Splinter Twin if it's somehow a Mythic Rare and suddenly unbanned in Modern.

On that note: more reprints are good. WotC should do more frequent reprints.

I figured Commander Legends would finish the BBD cycle. (Luxury Suite, etc.)

Well.. this could lead to a massive powerspike for many kitchen table rounds. I'm not sure this will be a good thing in the long term, but for the short term this could really help, especially for the younger players.

In my playgroup only one person got fetch lands (and dual lands and alot of other old and expensive stuff -.-). With some reprints, there is at least a chance for the rest of the group to catch up a little without investing enormous amounts of money.
And before someone suggests it, we've already tried to talk with him, but since he already has the arch enemy position, it's hard to get him away from his expensive stuff.

Btw, there WAS also a spoiler for copy artifact, but that one disappeared again. maybe a fake, or maybe there is some movement for the RL incomming.

Wow, another reprinting of Mana Crypt?  Maybe I'll finally have a shot at actually owning one.

Are we sure these aren't previews for Commander Legends? :P
Doubling Season: Expensive exclusively Commander staple.
Blightsteel Colossus: Expensive exclusively Commander card.
Mana Crypt: Expensive mostly Commander (maybe some other Eternal play, not sure) almost staple (would be a staple if it wasn't $150).
Kaalia & Atraxa: Expensive, powerful, popular Commanders that are only hindered by their price tags.

I think they are not catering to a specific format. Formatless kitchen table is the most common "format", as far as I know.

The "VIP" Boosters for 100$ each feel like a bad joke.

Quote
Contents:
33 Cards + 2 Foil Double-Sided Tokens

2 foil showcase rares or mythics
    2 foil rares or mythics
    8 foil uncommons
    9 foil commons
    12 full-art basic lands (2 are foil)
    2 foil double-sided tokens

I really like the game, but sometimes I feel like more and more people working at WotC are just caring for my best, my pocket.
