I had to edit the OP.
Genesis hydra is not as powerful as
genesis wave, and can only pull out 1 other permanent, as opposed to
genesis wave's
all permanents. Also, the pumped genisis hydra is not infinite... as if you did that you'd be forced to draw infinite cards and snatch
defeat from the jaws of victory with a self imposed deck out.
Genesis hydra does not have haste, so.... technically you win on turn 4 as long as the permanent you put down was
setessan training, and it needs to survive from removal, and... look there are a lot of moving parts here, check out the Maybeboard and Sideboard for more expensive ways to upgrade the deck and make it a bit more control-ly.
So fair
warning, it
can work, but it is a green alternative to an modern entry red burn deck.
