So, with Ad Nauseam in hand you can win at the earliest on turn 7? Unless someone has a counter spell that is.

If you put in Reliquary Tower, you could move the win condition to turn 6, play Ad Nauseam on turn 5 to draw as much as you deem necessary, no need to discard b/c of Reliquary, play Sickening Dreams on turn 6.

So, idk if your commander can exploit himself, but unles he can his ability is kinda useless. Also, Ad Nauseum says each player, so since you have no life gain you're counting on everyone else to have lower life than you for you to actually "win".

Mynus not unless you draw it naturally. If you play ad nauseam on 5 then you've already played your land drop for the turn. Then you discard. Its still worth it to put it in though

An alternative is to play Dark Ritual to cast both Ad Nauseam and Sickening Dreams turn 6 but the more optimized you make this deck the more you smother the meme.
96 Swamps seems the way this is meant to be.

I guess 1 counterspell destroys the Combo, Right? Nonetheless, if it doesnt, the player´s look should be enough reward.

i got the idea for this deck from the EDHRECast and went "what is the jankiest combo to pull this of?" i don't recommend anybody to play this, but hey, i'm not your mum

I thought sidisi required you to extort a creature to get the tutor effect, given this your combo won't work, right?
