[Modern] Stealth Tactics

New to Magic the Gathering and would like some feedback on my modern mono blue ninjutsu deck. Its meant to be semi competitive with casual play in mind.  I am on a budget and would appreciate some reasonable upgrades.

I would suggest you go blue black and play cards like [[ingenious infiltrator]] [[mist-syndicate naga]] and [[skullsnatcher]]. You could even play [[fallen shinobi]]. [[Bitterblossom]] is also very good for the faerie aspect.
