Hey! Quite nice deck.
Some suggestions you might want to consider:
Celestial Ancient could be okay as you don't run that many creatures.
Krond the Dawn-Clad would be great removal if it get's a few swings in.
Dowsing Shaman could be okay recurrsion.
I think these cards are budget friendly as well.
I think I would add a few more lands (36 in total) and / or mana ramp.

Best regards!

This deck could be remarkably less expensive and just as effective with some cantrip auras if im not mistaken. Simple evasion and trample can work really well for him too. Rancor being a great example. Probably need less creatures tbh to generate greater aura hit. Creatures that reduce aura or enchantment cost probably arent as effective. Draw is the most important thing in commander and magic so focus on that.
My decks AND my posts are terrible.

First of all, the deck is lacking mana. you will run into problems getting uril out and once he has got removed the first time, you're running into real trouble.

Then, Replenish and Enlightened Tutor feel like an overkill pricewise. Both are great without any doubt, but unless you've already got them, better spend the money on other cards like better lands.

I've got a uril deck myself. It's a little outdated because I've become kinda lazy building, but you may find some interesting cards within:

as a site note: on the first look I would cut aurelia and gisela for some other stuff that fits better to uril.
You say Prison Cell, I hear 'Holiday'.
