Looks a bit tricky. Mossdog has the better ability but the deck is not really suited for it (missing pump spells etc. to trigger it). So I would decide for Greater Mossdog.
If you promise not to tell anyone about it, you could take out another card (maybe Avian Changeling) and play both mossdogs.

This is a good idea for a tribal draft. You get 4 copies of this shell draft some creatures and play a game or two.
