Greetings to you and welcome to the forum. I have a similar deck like this one where I run Noyan Dar, roil shaper in my Chulane, teller of tales deck.  Since your deck is only azorius you could try adding spells and creatures that recur spells. Call to mind, Flood of recollection, Narset's reversal, Pull from the deep, and even Uyo, Silent Prophet could be very versatile pieces in your deck. If you add a landfall sub-theme then it would help you accrue value through the game as you play your lands. Roil Elemental, admonition angel, retreat to coralhelm, and even Emeria Shepherd would be good tech choices for controlling the board. The Admonition Angel with a well timed containment priest could WRECK a board state. What do you think of these choices?
