Casual Blue/white Control Flyers

Hello I am beginner/casual mtg player and I could use some help. I've recently got more blue cards, so I can now create Blue deck: https://deckstats.net/decks/114518/1749394-my-blue-deck

created from my old Bl/w deck: https://deckstats.net/decks/114518/1074807-my-old-blue-white-deck(the first deck I've been modifying over the years).

I would like to know which deck is better. How can I especially make my blue deck better?

Or alternatively, you can even compare it to my New Bl/w deck:https://deckstats.net/decks/114518/1752563-my-new-blue-white-deck (reworked the old one).

TL;DR: Which deck is the best? How can I improve it further?
