Perhaps add some of Faerie Imposter, Throat Slitter, Mist-Syndicate Naga, Moonblade Shinobi, or Fallen Shinobi? Also, I'm not sure Logic Knot, Remand or Delver have any real synergy with the rest of the deck; respecitvely, there is no real graveyard support, no particular reason to bounce a spell rather than just hard-counter it and no shortage of card draw to require a cantrip, and Delver is much harder to flip with lots of card-draw and not much scrying, not to mention few-ish instants and sorceries, and once you've actually transformed him you can't use him for Ninjutsu because you'll have to transform him again; in short, he helps neither ninja nor faeries.
Good idea to bounce back Brazen Borrower, can machine-gun Petty Theft to keep the enemy board clear of blockers. Also Faerie Glen coupled with the ability to return faeries to your hand is pretty good.
Seems strong overall, though it might be more accurately described as a Ninja-Faerie deck than just ninja.
