since you don't need colored mana, why don't you use colorless sources of mana that enter the battlefield untapped like Animal Sanctuary, Bonders' Enclave, Crawling Barrens, Labyrinth of Skophos, Radiant Fountain, Unknown Shores and/or Throne of Makindi, they work better than islands with the monument
