court of cunning, if you can stay monarch, sounds like a very powerful card. it only needs 3 or 4 turns to win a game (assuming 60 cards and you have some more mill spells)

Sped up even further if you have Bruvac the Grandiloquent out to mill people 20 per turn. Or a Paradox Haze. Or both.

And/Or Sphinx of the Second Sun in the mix to take another upkeep later in your turn.

Or any Enchantment duplicator to have two Cunning Courts, etc...there are many ways to improve your odds.

The card numbers reach at least 722 but Scryfall only lists 595 cards.  Either their counting algorithm is screwy or we're still missing over 100 cards.

EDIT: Never mind, it looks like they're still loading them.  It now says 604.

DOUBLE EDIT: A number of hours have since passed and there are now 718 cards, so if the highest card number I saw is indeed correct then four are still missing as of now.

Tbh, I was just counting through the main set and wasn't worried about etched foils, extended borders, or precon only cards. My b, didn't even think about those.
