Started as 4 color and dropped black.  Pretty happy with end result.  Haven't played yet, so sure it will change.  Opened to suggestions.

I really like Arcades. I think he is a fun commander.
I Would suggest to add more lands. Even with all the ramp you should run 36 lands imo.
Overgrown battlement, wall of blossoms, wall of denial, wall of mulch, crashing drawbridge, tree of redemption and steel wall are considerations too.
Eerie interlude is good protection and great card draw with Arcades on the field.
Bar the door is a great pump spell for your walls.
Maybe you want to consider some of these cards. Good luck with the brewing!

Cool.   Thanks for the help!  This deck actually was my first non-precon deck build - started as a Doran deck then migrated to being Ikra Shidiqi/Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker partners.   Had a lot of fun with it in four colors.  Decided to change it one more time to Arcades.
