From the way it reads it would have to for you to be able to cast a sorcery off of it.
This space for rent.

Of course.  Anything that tells you that you can cast a spell during resolution ignores timing restriction based on card type.  Because technically, no one can cast a spell during the resolution of another spell.

Hey Morg,  just our of curiosity ... what is the source of these leaks?
Happy Brewing!

It was from r/Spikes, but the post has since been removed. Like all leaks, this could be made up.

Destroy target noncreature, nonland permanent with MANA VALUE 2 or less.
Target creature gets -3/-1 until end of turn.
Target opponent loses two life and you gain two life.

Silverquill Command -2WB

Return target creature card with MANA VALUE (again) 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Plus, there seems to be ZNR expedition-type reprints of popular spells with new art and frames. So far, theres Swords to Plowshares, Opt, and Demonic Tutor. (These have a different, old scroll-like set symbol.)

Plus, Will and Rowan are coming back! Yay. Images of packaging were also released.
God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him. owo

MANA VALUE

I rather like the new term "mana value".  "Converted mana cost" is quite the mouthful.
