You have a lot of different cards in there, mostly one of each.
Pros:
1) Lots of direct damage. Will either kill the opponent, or at the very least; harass them significantly.
2) The many different cards make it harder for your opponents to perceive your actions.
Cons:
1) The many different cards make it harder for you to plan.
2) Too many different cards, adds unnecessary clutter and little backup planning when you lose a critical card you only have one of.
3) Mana average of 3.56 seems a little bit high, especially when using Red.
4) 22 lands in a 65 card deck. This slows what should be a faster deck.
5) The card you want is going to be 4x harder to draw. That's 1 in 65, if you have 4 of a particular card, it would be around 1 in 16.
Take a look at my deck; Black/Blue modern format, mana average is 2.72
