Jori en, ruin diver need help

I'm looking for permanents that do things when I just achieve random things in the game.  I know about the chimera that has scry 1 from theros beyond death can't remember its name and irencrag pyromancer.  Are there any other cards you can think of in the izzet colors like this preferably $10 or less as I don't plan on this deck to even be that much more powerful than a precon.

I did a scryfall search that looks for permanents legal in commander in Izzet colours that have "Whenever you" in the text.

There's a sensible amount in the last two categories and are probably more inline with what you want in a Jori En deck anyway. Personally, I love Mad Ratter.
