I like the deck so far, but two things:
- there's still 10 cards missing for a 60 card deck and
- Hushbringer and Strict Proctor sort of cancel each other out

Yeah, I just wanna make sure to hit one of them consistently.

Do you got any ideas what to add in addition?
Was thinking about Drannith Magistrate to tax even more and maybe the Silverquill Elder Dragon as 1/2 off?
Maybe some more Removal/Carddraw?

I actually like the redundancy of Hushbringer and Strict Proctor, because even though Hushbringer cancels it out, the Hushbringer effect is still what you want. And as much as I love Rankle, there really isn't anything you want to symmetrically sacrifice to it's ability. I'd replace it with a two mana kill spell like Heartless Act or a smaller cmc draw spell.

Especially since you're leaning heavily into the Hushbringer effect with other creatures instead of just building around the Clackbridge Troll combo and controlling the board til you assemble it.
