Question about assault suit

Hi all

I have a question about Kemba, kha regent and assault suit from c14

If i use the assult suits ability to give kemba to an opponent does her ability give the opponent tokens

Any clarification on this would be greatly appreciated

Kemba only triggers on your upkeep.  It would not trigger on the opponents upkeep because the beginning of their upkeep already passed to trigger Assault Suit's ability.
