I am in need of rewiev of this deck, especially on what needs trimming and/or what good cards I might be missing.

I'm a budget player, so please, don't suggest cards like Bayou 
When determining whether a card is in my budget, have in mind that this deck is for MTGO, so some prices might be completely different from their paper representatives.

I think Jarad is better than the sister because you can sacrifice your creatures to rest life to your opponets and the same time grow Jarad itself.
