I recommend Heirloom Blade over Neglected Heirloom, unless you're sticking to the transformation theme.

I would run a lot more basics as well as at least one more land. I didn't notice rythm of the wild, I always run that in Gruul decks. Other than that it looks like it could be a lot of fun.

Thanks for the tip. I made the following changes at 27/9/2021:
 - Myriad Landscape & Highland Forest -> 2 Forrest. Both were too slow for an aggro deck.
 - Shrill Howler // Howling Chorus, -> 1 Mountain
 - (The rythm was added before)

If you think that I should put more lands, please let me know which card you consider that has to be replaced by a land.

I just found this primer and I have a Tovolar deck in the EDH section seeking comments right now.

One thing that I've seen others advise - this deck wants to attack, as much as it can.  Hence Relentless Assault and Savage Beating.

and you will be drawing cards, so you might want to have Reliquary Tower or other similar cards in there to increase your hand size.

and I would suggest Wild Growth for spiciness.

But a very nice primer and my deck list and yours have a very large amount of overlap.
