Discard + Mills is that even possible ?

Hello is this even possible ? im a new players and i think i missunderstand Discard & Mills
But for me i think it still playable ( to play with friends at least )

Mill wins by milling the opponent's deck to 0 cards, if you don't have enough mill action, and the deck is only halfway mill, you can never win with mill if the opponent still has cards in their deck.  So a mill strategy is only useful if you either go 100% mill, or use cards that get powerful when many cards are in the graveyard.  Discard also put cards in graveyard, but are you using any cards that benefit from your opponent's graveyard having lots of cards in it? 

Look at [Wight of Precinct Six], [Tonybones, Trinket Thief], and [Death's Approach] for examples of benefiting from your opponent having a big graveyard.
