Everyone said the same thing about Tale's End when it was spoiled, and I only know one person that still uses it. I'm not sure if Wash Away will follow the same path, but I won't be surprised if it does.

Aside from not hitting abilities, Wash Away is definitely more versatile. Commanders as well as graveyard, exile, and deck casting can all get hit by this. It's also not rare, so it'll be easier to come by.
Disallow's got the versatility in its favor over Tale's End, so even at 1 mana more it sees play twice as often looking at EDHRec's stats.

So now that we got the full spoiler, what do we think of some of the cards? I'm a little undecided about how good some of these cards are.
