Chatterfang, Squirrel General
Essentially the idea is to pump out a ton of whatever token I can, as cheap and quickly as possible, swarming everyone with squirrels. Pennon Blade and Cranial Plating are there for swift commander damage kills
I'm looking for cheap, both in terms of mana cost and money, upgrades to this.

Species Specialist is pretty good in Chatterfang, you may want to try it.
And Grismold, the Dreadsower can quickly become lethal.
And since Chatterfang has forestwalk and there's always at least another green player at the table, you may want to try Dowsing Dagger. It's an insane ramp card.

Species Specialist is definitely something I could see being useful. I just lack extra copies and it's sitting in Wilhelt at the moment. Indeed that's a problem I have for a good chunk of some of the lands in your deck, Wand of Orcus, Konrad, etc.
Grismold looks nice, I'll look into that.
Dowsing Dagger seems nice, probably not my highest priority of the suggestions though since I've got Goldvein Pick and Prying Blade in at the moment. I'm also not too concerned on whether or not other players are using Forests, I've got Expedition Map and Tempt with Discovery to help make sure I get my Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth out.

Starting to review my decks and update them again. First up is Chatterfang. Notable changes being Tempt with Discovery out for Crop Rotation, a Circle of Dreams Druid that will gladly use all my squirrels and the Treasure Vault to make even more squirrels and treasures, and Predators' Hour aka "Let my squirrels just take a chunk out of all your decks and use them myself"
