Can you give some more information? Are you searching for a 60-card casual deck or a deck for a specific format, or a commander deck?

Also you should specify how expensive the whole deck can be.

In general I hate to post my own lists to get props or something like that, but I built a pretty cheap casual deck like this myself in the past.

You should get the cards for some euro/dollar/whatever but can upgrade as well, if you feel like it.

Budget, no fancy lands, you can tweak as needed/affordable.

I've had this +1/+1 focused deck for a few years now, with minor tweaks added as new cards were introduced. Never lets me down and always brings a groan to the table.

Personal favorite of any +1/+1 deck would be to have included a Managorger Hydra in your card list for sure.
