I purpose -1 Charcoal Diamond and remplace it for another Artifact Utility like 1 Swiftfoot Boots or 1 Cloak of the Bat to stay budget

I think it is better to replace diabolic tutor with demonic tutor but it increases thecodt of the deck by around 45 dollars
