Hi, you need to fix your mana source distribution. 58% of your spells are blue, but only 50% of yo0ur lands produce blue mana. Remove one or two forest and add that number of islands. plasm Capture is better than Mindstatic.

Both counters are not good, the best t2 counters are:
Dissipate
Negate
Dispel
Rewind
Syncopate
Essence Scatter

Choose some of these counter spells, Dispel and Essence Scatter are perfect in the SB

maybe throw in some dualies lands so you can have an easy sore of  both mana you need.
