ways to make red/black (rakdos) burn deck faster and more consistent

:o :o so i just got into magic. whoop! i plan on playing in the modern format and have an okay deck built. im looking for input so i can improve my decks speed.

any input is good input. the deck list is as follows,

Hi, normally is better to have only 60 cards. For a burn deck the mana cost is a little high (2.76), consider remove Explosive Impact and Morgue Burst.
