Of course, this deck´s aim is to spend some chaos in casual commander groups and sometimes players could get salty about this. This is why i name it "Salt Gambit". But anyway it is about to win the game with this deck and definitly not to spend just chaos an randomness. So there always must be a benefit using chaos and meme cards.

Examples:

Decree of Annihilation is one of the most salty cards regarding to EDHREC. It wipes the board and crushes the game state. But "Rakdos Salt Gambit" gets many profits. If you cycle the Decree, all lands are destroyed, but we run not less than 10 mana artifacts to deal with it. If you remove everything, a suspended lotus bloom is not effected and those mana rocks and not less than 38 lands help to rise from the dead, more than your enemies.

Timesifter leads to random turns, which some players can´t enjoy. But this card is part of the game, printed in the regular edition mirrodin back in 2003. "Rakdos Salt Gambit" takes risks to run cards with pretty high mana costs. So we eventually get rewarded by Timesifter, when greedy decks with lower mana curves suffer.

Warp World is filled with randomness and chaos. "Rakdos Salt Gambit" still got some shenanigans to get some profits playing this card. First you can prepare your hand and your board before playing it. For example Goblin Kaboomist fills the board with bombs, which count as permanents. Cheap Mana Rocks and creatures can transform into heavy demons. By the way Warp World punishes greedy decks playing mostly spells like counter, tutor, ramp or removal.

Feel free to comment on this and reveal your opinions ;-)
