Hey, maybe try running wildborn preserver over realmwalker.
Fauna shaman would also be better in it's place if you're looking to maintain creatures in your hand/board but wildbond preserver is good.
The 1/1 DT elf is good too
or you can go for another Anthem Elf with Canopy Tactician for 4 lands

I think that you should get 3 copies of Skemfar Avenger to test in the place of realm walker. Both cards can lead to card advantage. Skemfar avenger is more aggro but realmwalker combos nice with defiler of vigor.

Another lowkey synergy to the realm walker is that its green and can benefit from and trigger Vigors
