I've been playing this archetype since the 90's. Obviously it doesn't look anything like it did back then but it's still my favorite archetype to play because it's so interactive and draws the game out enough to get a back and forth going.

Streamlining advice is welcome.

In my opinion, you some great synergies, but I dont think extort brings you to your goal. If I look on your list, I see the main parts are gaining life and building up pressure.


Bloodthirsty Aerialist is good, consider Vampire Nighthawk or Nighthawk Scavenger besides it.

Best combo with extort like effect is Cauldron Familiar and Witch´s Oven.
