The main concepts of this are in the deck description. Long story short though, the plan is to multiply the attack power of Ball Lightning-style creatures and slam haymakers into opponents one at a time.

If you're looking for some heavy hitters, remember the big boys. Yargle, Glutton of Urborg, Yargle and Multani, Phytotitan, and some of their other friends are also great. And draw is important in any deck that ends up with a lot of dead creatures. Attack with a high power creature, double its power, then sacrifice it to Life's Legacy, Momentous Fall, and Greater Good. Disciple of Bolas and Ruthless Technomancer are also good for this. Neat deck!

Great suggestions! I definitely was prioritizing haste+trample with this thing, but the card draw ideas are especially compelling.

Thinking about it, Umbral Mantle doesn't work great with my commander since I have to have the creature tapped and attacking to activate it, which would be after Orfeo's trigger that doubles power. Urabrask's Forge is a great add for the deck though, so it worked out.

You can respond to Orfeo's trigger, so the power will be doubled after the +3/+3.

Hmm, I suppose. I'd really like if his card was worded differently. I suppose it means when you declare an attacker though, so I suppose that does, in fact, mean you could Umbral Mantle the creature before Orfeo doubles their power. Think I'll keep Urabrasks' Forge in though.
