I would suggest replacing the Sliver Legion with a Coat of Arms.  It does the exact same thing but with an easier mana cost (5 of anything instead of one of each).

@Reboot153 It was an active decision to not include it as Coat of arms effects all creatures for all players, the pod I play in has a lot of tribal decks. While Sliver Legion benefits only this deck.
