Reasonings:

The pirates are only great in hyper competitive metas, and are inconsistent. There's something to be said about Prophet of Kruphix in combination with either Fauna Shaman or Deadeye Navigator, but generally, it's win more and you should be going for the jugular with these cards, not playing cute soft locks. Prophet of Kruphix adds little value to the deck outside of being a synergistic piece.

Nullstone has been replaced with Void Winnower and has also brought Entomb back into the deck. High density of single-target reanimation is sketch in this deck, but the two best were added: Reanimate and Necromancy - one for cost, the other for instant-speed (and the ability to combo with Kederekt Leviathan).

Myojin of Night's Reach generally comes online too slow to mitigate the damage, and has no synergy with the rest of the deck.
