Needs more counter magic. I wouldn't dilute the deck with small time mill. You need to defend and stall until your combo goes off, either with dual pacts, or tooth and nail. Pick Luke's brain, his Tron is mono U i think, but it will give you a good start for a control package.

Also, Summoner's pact (this is my fault for derping) is worthless in the deck.
