Thank you for your suggestion, although I thought of my list as a source of useful and competitive cards I have added these lands (and some more). For the decks I played those taplands and sacrificelands are far from being my first choice.

So you consider Desert as common? Honestly I am not sure about its official rarity:

So as of now this can be considered an ordered list of possible lands for pauper gameplay.

I am pretty sure! C11 means common rarity 11.
"Commons 9 are C5 and 16 are C4. Additionally the Arabian Nights Mountain is C1 and Desert is C11." - Quote Wikipedia.
So Desert is legal and allowed to play.

That's an interesting note, yet still not a complete explanation of these strange common notations.
Though I appreciate your comment and will hopefully watch an evergrowing list of C-lands :)
