Favor selecionar as colunas que você gostaria de ver:

MULLIGAN if you have less than 3 land cards in your hand, atleast one of each color, unless you have atleast 2 land cards that are different colors, and 3 or 4 1-or 2 drops.

Generally you don't want to mulligan under 5.

SIDEBOARD
March of the Drowned is only useful when the opponent has a lot of removal, and keeps killing your small creatures. Sideboard this card in only if you have troubles keeping your pirates alive, otherwise another Painful Lesson, or Pirate's Pillage might be a better idea.

Dire Fleet Hoarder is when you're having problems ramping up, I'm still trying to find something better than that.

Repeating Barrage is only allright for games that last too long, you have excess mana in and you need to chip away the opponents creatures, same as Dire Fleet Hoarder, I'm trying to find something that fits the deck better.

Vona's Hunger is useful later in the game, or if the opponent has some big creatures early on, and you need to get rid of it, generally good against ramping decks. Sideboard this card for Painful Lesson, and Pirate's Pillage if you find no use for this card in the current matchup

Sideboard Dinosaur Hunter if you're going up against dinosaurs.
Sideboard Fiery Cannonade against merfolk, or other decks with creatures with small health.
If you're playing against a deck that has a lot of creatures that could ruin your gameplan, Sideboard Walk the Plank unless they are merfolks.
Sorcerous Spyglass is nieche, and should only be used against creatures or enchantments that have annoying activated abilities and you can't do anything else against them mostly because they are hexproof.

GAME FLOW
See Red might be a better card for this deck, however I'm not quite sure yet. Having 4 Pirate's Pillage might be a bit overkill, but sometimes the treasures are really needed for mana fixing, and the card draw is quite amazing even if you have to discard a card to get it.

Ruin Raider is more of a fun card, and people often have it unchecked, even tho' it can give you a huge advantage when it's left alone. It might also kill you. The worst case scenario is to draw Vraska, Scheming Gorgon with him, and having that deal 6 damage to you. However the low avarage mana cost of the deck make this card quite good, and I might consider adding more of him to the deck.

Fathom Fleet Boarder is quite a good 3 drop, especially when you can play it on curve. Don't be afraid taking 2 damage if you can't play him next to another pirate, especially if you have a Dire Fleet Neckbreaker coming up as a follower.

Daring Buccaneer, Fathom Fleet Boarder, and Dire Fleet Neckbreaker make the bulk of this deck, and Dire Fleet Captain's help too. They are your win conditions, and if you can have some of them all out at once, you can deal insane amounts of damage. Ofcourse your opponent has to have no protection, and you'll have to use the more control-like cards to get that.

Dire Fleet Tracker can help you ramp up either on mana or some more damage, however he's quite useless alone in terms of combat, so just explore away if your opponent has stuff in his or her graveyard.

Wily Goblin is a good card for color fixing, altough same as the Tracker, it can be lack-luster alone.

Kari Zev, Skyship Raider, and Captain Lannery Storm are not that important to the deck, however they can give you an advantage especially when you play them on curve, Kari Zev makes your opponent make harder decision with her abilities (keep in mind that the monkey is not a pirate) and the Captain can give you some resources, and can be comboed well with Dire Fleet Neckbreaker, dashing out a surprising amount of damage with her haste.

Arch of Orazca is there to help you if the game drags out too late, and you're floating on some excess mana, and you don't want to top-deck. It is also a good colorless resource earlier in the game, however you might want to sideboard this, or replace it completely, I'm not sure yet myself.
