This is another variant of boros aggro, focused on tribal theme. If we look at many predominantly white efficent creatures, we notice that they are mostly soldiers! So why not going soldier tribal route. This comes with some deckbuilding restrictions. There is no room for Aurelia, Exemplar of Justice or History of Benalia, very powerful cards on their own (and those cards are also prohibitively expensive money wise). One non soldier creature contained in the deck can already be problematic. Obviously deck has weaknesses, like it does not contain top end cards that can win the game alone as many deck in the format do.

Skymarcher Aspirant - Savannah Lions of this deck, can become the only flying creature which can sometimes help against ground board stalls, but overall is here for early pressure.

Hunted Witness - Can be called a honorary soldier, it is not one on its own, but dying can create one. Drawing too many of these can be detrimental, but it is still valuable against very aggressive deck to chump. Usually the one you want to side out.

Swiftblade Vindicator - With mentor and anthem effects this is one of better shells for this creature. 1 toughness can sometimes an issue, but can attack for lethal unsuspectingly.

Boros Challenger - Solid 2 drop, with mentor ability and some mana sink it is decent and blocks well most other 2 drops.

Adanto Vanguard - Despite not working well with mentor, it is an indispensable soldier in meta with a lot of removal, especially against control. Deck has not much lifegain to abuse it, but it can save a lot of games.

Tajic, Legion's Edge - Not really Ahn crop crasher, it still fits the curve very well and protects the board against damage based sweepers. Mentor boosts every other creature besides vanguard.

Radiant Destiny - Main reason to go soldiers, this boosts most of creatures in this deck, very hand with token producers too. Sometimes you may call humans if you draw too many witnesses, but it is not recommended. In very extreme cases even cat.

Heroic Reinforcements - While it produces less tokens than vampire's Call of the feast and no lifelink, it temporarily puts much more power on the board, especially if you already have some board presence.

Conclave Tribunal - A catch all removal, this is only removal suite in main deck, but its versatility means it will rarely be dead card. With so many cheap creatures and tokens, it is better alternative than other variants like Ixalan's Binding.

Ajani, Adversary of Tyrants - With so many 2 drops, his negative ability becomes very handy and sometimes even Hunted witness is worth bringing back. Positive ability is great to power up vindicator and also mentor creatures. His ultimate may not produce soldiers, but it is already good enough on its own

Vanquisher's Banner - Basically the fifth anthem effect, can produce card advantage, but it is expensive and cannot produce so much value it may in other tribal decks. Still can be very valuable in grinding matchups.

Integrity // Intervention - First half's use is mostly for protection against -x or damage removal, but can also greatly increase the doublestriker's damage output. The second half provides a bit of reach and can be used as maindeck removal albeit less efficent.

Sacred Foundry, Clifftop Retreat - Stock duals, not much to say here

Unclaimed territory - Even in 2 color decks, 8 pieces of duals are not enough. Going tribal helps to get more duals like this one land, but having other spells playset is not recommended. And non soldier spells are generally more expensive when there is bigger likehood to get the right color of mana. Sometimes you may want to name human for witness.

Memorial to Glory - While taplands are detrimental for an aggro deck, producing 2 soldiers instant speed is a good deal from a single land, especially against control with sweepers and counterspells as it cannot be countered.

Plains, Mountains - Basic lands are skewed towards white mana, red mana for soldiers can be cast off Unclaimed territory, while other red spells are generally for later turns.

Sideboard:

Tocatli Honor Guard - Lately becoming a hit because of golgari deck's mechanics, it is also good against red to protect many 1-drops from Goblin chainwhirler. 2CC works well with Ajani too.

Lava Coil - Sideboard removal suite, mainly targeted for Rekindling phoenixes and other resilent threats, it can easily remove Steel leaf champion and Chainwhirlers.

Justice Strike - Some creatures cannot be removed with Lava coil, but this one can get rid of certain giant late game creatures and instant speed can be often essential.

Dawn of Hope - Mainly for control matchups, but if you look closely, the tokens that it produces are soldiers, which along anthem effects can be a nightmare for control decks.

Sorcerous Spyglass - Planeswalker stopper, can be used against certain combo decks too, but usually card that will be named the most will be Teferi, Hero of Dominaria
