Everyone remembers their first deck in each format. For me, standard was GB Delirium, modern was mono green stompy, and pauper was an iteration of this deck. This gained it's name from the surprise factor it always brings when I'm at my LGS, because it can win completely out of nowhere. It started off with not that many blue cards but this is basically going to be my blue update to the deck, to improve its consistency. The basic idea is to cast instants and sorceries with either Firebrand Archer or Thermo-Alchemist on the battlefield to keep on dealing damage to our opponents. It's a very fun deck and pretty easy to pilot. We have a cool little synergy in the sideboard with Thermo-Alchemist and Quicksilver Dagger. Because it's a 1v1 format, the each opponent on Thermo-Alchemist doesn't do all that much. With quicksilver dagger, we can have a really good card draw engine and keep on casting spells to untap the Alchemist. Dare I say, this deck is a lot more consistent with burning out our opponent than the mono red burn decks.
