I really want to use frankie peanuts as a commander, but I really can't find a just good monowhite theme for him, so I ended up doing monowhite eldrazi and angels
If you're intrested in the deck, and want a non-silver bordered commander I'd suggest Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker, I've provided two cards in the sideboard that can take her place in the mainboard.
You might wonder why I'd want frankie as my commander, and to that I have to say I find his effect to be really unquie, and cool.
However you might also want a justication as for why I'd play frankie as my commander, and the justifcation is simply that he is not overpowered, nor breaking any game mechanics (asuming you're playing against honest people). The question can not force out of game actions, such as conceede. And the effect only applied during your turn. If you ask something like "Will you counter the first spell I cast this turn?" and your opponent says "yes", they have to counter that spell if able. The keyword here is IF ABLE, your opponents can say yes, and not counter it, however only if they don't have any way to counter that spell. If they say "no", they cannot counter that spell.
I think you should apply some rules to yourself when asking questions though, avoid saying things like "Will you counter a spell this turn?", where you leave which number of spell open, as this could cause some trouble. They might want to counter a spell, however they suspect you'll cast multiple spells, due to having high mana, and as such save the counterspell for the second spell, but you end up just casting one spell. Thus they have broken the rules, which is not fun for anyone. Be clear with your questions.
Okay that's tonights rant, I am really sleepy right now, so I hope this makes sense to anyone who might be intrested.
