This deck focuses on using a 4 card combo to win the game.

Either Banishing Knack / Retraction Helix + an Untapper + a Free Artifact + a Combo Payoff.

Getting one of each, setting up an untapper and going off is going to take time, so the rest of the deck is dedicated to finding the right pieces and control.

I think that this is the best version of a Toggo / Glacian Deck that I've put together, but it's still just a worse version of another UR Combo Deck with a better Commander. If UR gets powerful enough pay offs at common, Toggo / Glacian could be a decent Junk Deck. Until that actually happens, this unfortunately seems to be the most powerful kind of list you can run with them. Glacian is just bad though, and the only thing he brings to the table is the over costed potential to provide card advantage. Pessimism aside, Toggo and Glacian look hilarious next to each other on the battlefield or in the command zone, right!
