Hello MTG-Brawlers!
This is my very first attempt to get into the playstyle of Brawl. I got into the Standard format a while ago (especially when MTG Arena started) and I quickly got bored of seing the same meta-things over and over again. Gosh Mono-Red is truly the devil himself these days. Whatever, so I started looking for some alternative, something that has a more limited cardpool to get a better overview about the things that could go on. Also to avoid that my money goes faster away than I could earn it. I played EDH at some point in a pub with my beloved gf and some strangers and I loved it. The Idea and playstyle around one leading threat that enables a complete build-around and the fact that you can only include every card one time got me really excited! But then I realized the immense cardpool and the huge amount of knowledge I need to compete with some of them, so I got rid of it after a short while. I wanted something fun to play as 1v1 and also as a multiplayer, and finally, I found what i was looking for: Brawl! What a way to play, combined are all my wishes for FNM, gatherings or just a normal match.

Now let's just start with the Idea of the deck itself.
I looked up some cool and individual Commanders in the Standard cardpool and after i read a plenty of those, Arcades really got me and I wanted to play him. His cost is a little tricky to pull off, but with green and blue included, my worries were gone because of the great abilities of cheating out mana and to quickly draw cards. And once he's out, man what a lovely monster he is! 3/5 in stats for only 4 CMC and he comes with flying and vigilance, damn! But this is just the cherry on top, his true power lies beneath his text. Every single creature with defender draws you a card by entering the battlefield. But the huge thing Arcades is able to is that he turns your defenders into completely overstated threats that can also attack! By example if you would play Wall of Lost Thoughts, you get a two mana 0/4 which mills your opponent for 4 cards. Nice blocker, nothing crazy. But with Arcades out, it's a 2 Mana 0/4 that draws you a card, mills your opponent for 4 and deals 4 damage and can attack. 2 Mana. 2 Mana for a basically 4/4 draw a card, mill your opponent for 4! You see, something small with no attack can break your opponent in such a harsh way that he will struggle to get greater power on the battlefield as you can. And don't forget that you play Bant colors, so combat tricks and counterspells are on your side.
So if you have this strong abilities in mind, it makes sense to abuse them as often as you can. Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive is such a great card to pull as it makes your 0 to 1 powered creatures unblockable. She is unblockable and every Wall you play is it, too! If you're unlucky and your Arcades gets killed over and over again, don't worry, we got help! Huatli, the Sun's Heart enables the power of your big-butted creatures, but they can't attack. High Alert is what gets you the ability of Arcades back for only the CMC of 3 as an enchantment. You want to slam out creatures and mana asap, because you got so many cheap things to go ham when you have your Commander out. Arboreal Grazer is a creature that was what I thought would fit perfectly in, because he costs just one green mana, comes with reach and 3 toughness and has an ETB that allows you to play a land tapped from your hand. You ramp, you block and later you smash with your little cuddly Onedrop buddy. Other great ways of generating mana in here are: Saruli Caretaker, Dryad Greenseeker, Chromatic Lantern and Circuitous Route. Also Chromatic Lantern fixes the mana to that color what you want it to be and Tatyova, Benthic Druid rewards you with an extra life point and a card draw if you play a land. So I guess you got what I see in this deck. Cheap creatures with big butts going nuts if your Arcades comes into play. Make them unblockable, combat trick them up to even more toughness and rush through with them as Tetsuko is in play. I also included God-Eternal Oketra in this deck because she is a great win condition on her own. The fact that every cheap defender you play comes with a 4/4 Zombie token is just great! And she has Doublestrike with 3/6 of stats and returns every third turn after she dies! Also Ajani could come in handy if you want to revive your smaller creatures or to buff them and finally swarm your opponent with Kitties.

I hope you guys enjoyed my description and idea of the deck.
If you have any ideas for changes or something you want to teach or tell me, don't be shy. I appreciate every comment of praise or criticism.
