To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This deck has beat tier 1 decks in my playgroup over and over, it's especially strong against UW Gift and slower control strategies with powerful cards like Trapjaw Tyrant and Silent Gravestone in the sideboard. The idea is to get Siegehorn Ceratops out turn 2, turn 3 use Savage Stomp to make him a 3/3 and have him remove a Longtusk Cub, Bomat Courier, Minister of Inquiries, etc. which not only removes your opponent's creature, but also makes Siegehorn a 5/5. Then, you can slap a Tilonalli's crown on him and swing for 10 with trample on turn 3. Heroic intervention does the obvious, lets your creature get blocked and triggers its enrage without taking lethal, but it also enables a combo with itself, Polyraptor, and Forerunner of the Empire later in the game that creates a bajillion polyraptors (although my opponents have never lasted long enough to get to that combo). And of course, there's Walking Ballista, which is imperative in this build for triggering enrage at will on your creatures and having a reliable mana sink later in the game.
